Use your ONEcard to print, copy, or scan in campus computer labs and libraries.

You can also submit print jobs to a ONEcard printer from your personal Windows or Apple laptop after downloading and installing the print driver, located below.

Printing

Submit a Print Job

  1. Make sure you are connected to UWS.
  2. 'File' > 'Print'
  3. Select the 'ONEPRINT' Printer queue
  4. Enter your CCID and password in the pop up dialogue box

Release a Print Job

  1. Swipe your ONEcard at the machine or select the "Alternate Login" button. You can key in your CCID and password here if you do not have your ONEcard with you.
  2. Select "Use Personal Account"
  3. Select your print job(s) and then select "Print" or select "Print All"

Jobs are securely held for 4 hours and can be retrieved at the printer when you present your ONEcard.

Log Out

  1. Press the "Log In/Out" button
  2. Select "Logout"

Note: Your session should time out after 60 seconds of inactivity.

Cost

  • $0.12 per side for black and white
  • $0.35 per side for colour

Copying

  1. Swipe your ONEcard at the machine or select the "Alternate Login" button. You can key in your CCID and password here if you do not have your ONEcard with you. 
  2. Select "Copy" on the Services Home screen
  3. Select your desired options 
  4. Place your document in the document feeder or on the glass
  5. Press the "Start" button

Log Out

  1. Press the "Log In/Out" button
  2. Select "Logout"

Note: Your session should time out after 60 seconds of inactivity.

Cost

  • $0.12 per side for black and white
  • $0.35 per side for colour

Scanning

  1. Swipe your ONEcard at the machine or select the "Alternate Login" button. You can key in your CCID and password here if you do not have your ONEcard with you. 
  2. Select "Email" on the Services Home screen
  3. Your name will be populated in the To: field automatically in a few seconds. For security reasons, you can only scan to your own University email account.
  4. Place your document in the document feeder or on the glass
  5. Press the "Start" button

Log Out

  1. Press the "Log In/Out" button
  2. Select "Logout"

Note: Your session should time out after 60 seconds of inactivity.
