Your Official University of Alberta Identification Card
ONEcard Services has moved online, and our in-person office (Infolink ONEcard Service Centre in HUB Mall) is closed.
Please contact us at ONEcard@ualberta.ca with any questions. This inbox is regularly monitored on business days.
ONEcard is an on-campus card and is not mailed to students who are enrolled in online classes. Photos submitted through our online site may be approved during campus building closures, but this does not mean you are eligible to pick up a card. Please check the UAlberta COVID-19 (novel Coronavirus) Information for updates on building closures and upcoming academic terms.
How do I get a ONEcard during campus closures?
Please note, this request form is for urgent requests for current residents or staff. All other requests should wait until campus buildings are reopened.
- Go to photo upload and submit a new photo, if necessary
- Request your ONEcard using our online form
- Wait for your email confirmation on when/where to pick up your ONEcard
(cards are typically available the following business day)
* Government issued photo identification such as a driver’s license or passport must be presented to pick up your ONEcard.
*access to services is based on student fee assessments and staff contracts.
The U-Pass program has been temporarily suspended for the Spring/Summer terms. New information will be available on this program once the City of Edmonton resumes fare collection for transit services.
Is the card replacement date on your ONEcard nearing or has it completely passed you by? Fear not, it isn't expired and your card won't stop working. But you can bring your card in for a replacement during office hours.
Staff ONEcards must be replaced before this date in order to use the Staff LRT program.
